SantOrganics — Private Organic Farm Visit with Sunset Tasting (Oia, Santorini)

Experience traditional Santorini farming and rare local products at the private organic farm SantOrganics. Your host — an agronomist and owner — will guide you through terraces with black raisin vines, capers, thyme, and prickly pear. The tour ends at a scenic viewpoint with a peaceful sunset tasting.

Program Overview:

• Meeting near Kolumbos area (Oia) & short countryside walk
• Farm tour: volcanic soil, dry farming, rare black raisin grapes, Santorini herbs
• Visit to traditional cave house & mini equipment demo
• Sunset tasting with local stories overlooking the Aegean Sea
• Skin tips using prickly pear seed oil

Tasting Menu:

• Black raisin liqueur (no added sugar)
• Extra virgin olive oil with caper & thyme infusion
• Homemade sweets/crackers
